The reception and restaurant staff were pleasant, the cleaning staff was terrible, I went into the bathroom to change the girl's diaper and then the cleaning staff came in in a very bad manner, throwing me out of the bathroom because he had to clean and I had not finished changing my daughter . And another thing that seems wrong to me is that she goes into a male personal female bathroom to clean.
El personal de recepción y restauración agradable, el de limpieza fatal, entré al aseo a cambiar el pañal de la niña y después entró personal de limpieza de muy malas formas echándome del baño porque él tenía que limpiar y yo sin acabar de cambiar a mi hija. Y otra cosa que me parece mal es que entre a limpiar en un baño femenino personal masculino.
Very little breakfast, horrible machine coffee, little variety of fruits, cold cuts and pastries. The cleaning in main areas was very good, but in the rooms it was terrible, they made beds, they put towels (4 and there were 5 of us) and that was it, they didn't vacuum or anything, the bathtub was stuck and wasn't sucking water,…. It's cheap but I won't book here again.
El desayuno muy escaso, café de máquina horrible, poca variedad de frutas, embutidos y de bollería.
La limpieza en zonas comunas muy buena, pero en las habitaciones fatal, hacían camas, ponían toallas (4 y éramos 5) y se acabó, ni aspiraban ni nada, la bañera atorada que no chupaba el agua,…. Es económico pero yo no volveré a reservar más aquí.

Everything was great, spacious and clean room, the facilities are good. We went with Breakfast only and it was good although there wasn't much variety but everything was delicious. Very close to Disney with a shuttle bus, good treatment from the staff. With games room and Disney store. We will return without a doubt
Todo genial habitación amplias y limpias, las instalaciones estan bien. Fuimos solo con desayuno y estaba bien aunque no había mucha variedad pero todo rico. Muy cerca de Disney con autobús lanzadera, buen trato del personal. Con sala de juegos y tienda de Disney. Volveremos sin duda

The only negative would be that we had to pay to leave our suitcases in a storage room.

El precio economico
For dinner they forgot our order, we had to wait an hour and because we asked, they didn't give us anything because of the mistake, holding out for two hours with the children. Fatal. We couldn't connect the Wiffi, the buffet was not much. We went after going to Santa Fe to try the next holiday since we go annually and the truth is that we don't change. A disappointment really
Para cenar se olvidaron de nuestro pedido tubimos que esperar una hora y porque preguntamos sino nada no nos dieron nada por el error aguantando dos horas con los niños . Fatal. el wiffi no conseguiamos conectarlo, el buffet poca cosa . Fuimos despues de ir al Santa Fe para provar en el proximo viaje ya que vamos anualmente y la verdad que no cambiamos . Una decepción la verdad

It does not have a safe in the room, the breakfast is very limited and if you do not come down before 8:00 it is difficult to find a table and at 10:00 they no longer allow access. The lockers are not free, the rooms do not have 2 double beds in the photo it seems like they do. The buses are always full. They don't speak Spanish and they don't help you solve anything. I would never return to that hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired
No tiene caja fuerte en la habitación, el desayuno muy justo y si no bajas antes de las 8:00 es complicado encontrar mesa y a las 10:00 ya no dejan entrar. Las consignas no son gratuitas, las habitaciones no tienen 2 camas de matrimonio en la foto parece q si. Los autobuses siempre llenos. No hablan español y no te ayudan a solucionar nada. No volvería nunca a ese hotel deja mucho q desear

Very close to Disney, cleanliness quite good.
Muy cerca de Disney, limpieza bastante bien.
The bus queues should be organized with some type of fencing, since it is a “war” to take the bus at peak times, the queue is not respected, if they organized this it would be much better
Las colas de los autobuses deberían de organizarlas con algún tipo de vallado, ya que es una “guerra” coger el autobús en horarios puntas, no se respeta la cola, si organizaran esto estaría mucho mejor
