The location is unbeatable.
La ubicacion inmejorable.
The rooms need urgent renovation. The furniture is very old and somewhat worn, and the floors and the door to the room are in poor condition. It is not up to the standard it should be in a hotel of such construction.
Las habitaciones necesitan, una reforma urgente. Mobiliarios muy viejos, algo deteriorados, y los suelos y la puerta de acceso a la habitacion, en mal estado. No esta a la altura de lo que deberia de ser, en un hotel de semejante construccion.
