Located in the village of Pas de la Casa, at the foot of the slopes of the Grandvalira ski resort. Very close to the apartments there are several bars, restaurants and shops.
Distribution of the apartments:
Duplex apartment for 6-7 people , located at the foot of the slopes and close to all commercial stores.
Offering 1 room with 1 double bed, convertible sofa in the living room. American kitchen with dishwasher, oven, flat screen TV and microwave. Bathroom with shower. Upstairs: bunk beds, shower and separate WC and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
The collection of keys will be made in the real estate, you will have in your confirmation voucher the exact point of collection of keys.
VERY IMPORTANT
Reception hours:
• From 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
If your arrival at the accommodation is after 7:00 p.m., you must necessarily call a number that we will provide you with in the information voucher to let you know where you should pick up the keys to your accommodation.
Upon arrival, a deposit of € 200 must be paid by credit or debit card, which is refunded after check-out once the condition of the accommodation has been checked.
Towels and sheets are included in the price.
Cleaning is not included in the rate and you must pay 50 euros at the time of check in as a deposit. Upon checking out, the condition of the apartments will be reviewed. If the apartments are clean, 50 euros will be refunded. If they are not in conditions, the accommodation will stay at least 50 euros of deposit.
At 32Kms is the capital, Andorra la Vella, where one of the most important commercial areas of the country is located, you can also go to the Caldea Spa Centre.
