About the accommodation
Building located in the center of the city, near the most important historical sites of Santiago. Built between 1940-1945, it was designed to house citizens of Croatian nationality who emigrated to Chile. It belongs to the Croatian Charity Board, sponsored by Pascual Baburizza, a Croatian businessman who arrived in Chile after the First World War. From the creative and distinctive energy of our “Fine Arts” neighborhood we build our 16 rooms that are designed to show the vintage charm of this historic neighborhood by offering our customers a new approach to modern luxury. Each of the elements of our rooms range from desks to wall cladding inspired by the chic art-deco style. In the rooms we seek to rescue the classic lifestyle of that time with elements such as rectangular ceramics typical of the coatings of the “subways” in NYC along with set of first-class amenities, High Definition Television, free Wifi all to offer our guest that experience that invites you to stay.
