The staff's attention was fantastic at all times. The apartments are small but for skiing it is great, for that reason alone I will return.
La atención del personal fue fantástica en todo momento los apartamentos son pequeños pero para ir a esquiar esta genial , sólo por eso voy a volver

Everything, the ceramic hob was broken, we told the hotel staff and they told us that they already knew it, incredible, the smoke extractor didn't work either, there was no toilet paper (we had to buy it ourselves, a shame), there was no garbage bag, the apartment was for 6 and there was only one room with a double bed, the other bunk bed was in the dining room attached to the kitchen (without an extractor), and the sofa bed was in the dining room as well, on top of that they came to remove the towels and bedspreads because we did not pay the surcharge, there were no chairs for everyone, there was no ski lockers , they did not have the Ski Passes (which we had previously reserved and they had them at reception) when we finished skiing we went to the SPA (since the hotel is with SPA), the hotel staff literally told us: that the SPA was closed, which was VERY BAD. Very rude staff. I have no words, I have never seen anything like it in my life, my recommendation is NOT TO GO TO THIS APARTMENT.
Todo, la vitroceramica estaba estropeada, se lo comentamos al personal del hotel y nos dijo que ya lo sabia, increible, el extractor de humo tampoco funcionava, no habia papel de wc( tuvimos que comprar-lo nosotros, una verguenza ) ,no habia bolsa de basura, el apartamento era para 6 y solo habia una habitación con una cama doble, la otra litera estava en el comedor pegado a la cocina (sin extractor) , y el sofá cama en el comedor también, encima nos vinieron a quitar las toallas y cubrecamas porque no pagamos el suplemento, no había sillas para todos, no había guarda esquís, no tenian los forfaits(que previamente hablamos reservado y los tenian que tenen en recepción) al acabar de esquiar fuimos al SPA ( ya que el hotel és con SPA ) , el personal del hotel nos dijo literalmente : que el SPA estava cerrado que estava MUY MAL.
Personal muy mal educado.
No tengo palabras, en mi vida habia visto algo igual, mi recomendación es NO IR A ESTE APARTAMENTO.

If there is snow on the blue slope next door, the location is the good thing we get from this apartment, unfortunately that slope was closed when we went, so we had to travel by car.
Si hay nieve en la pista azul de al lado, la ubicación es lo bueno que sacamos de este apartamento, desgraciadamente esa pista estaba cerrada cuando fuimos, así que tuvimos que desplazarnos en coche.
The worst thing is the apartment itself, tiny for 6 people, for 4 it would also be fair. The WiFi does not work. There were no blankets for everyone. There was no mop, the table smelled rotten. They told us that there was a swimming pool and it turns out that we got there and they said that they are under construction, this being a main reason for choosing this apartment.
Lo peor el apartamento en sí, minúsculo para 6 personas, para 4 también sería justo. El WiFi no funciona. No había mantas para todos. No había fregona, la mesa olía a podrido. Nos dijeron que había piscina y resulta que llegamos ahí y dicen que están en obras, siendo este un motivo principal para escoger este apartamento.

The accommodation is close to the ski slopes
El alojamiento está cerca de las pistas de esquí
The reception hours are very strange, we arrived on a Wednesday at around 10am and it said it was closed, but there were people there, we asked about check-in and they told us that since it was early they would charge us €65, we asked what time the free check-in was and they told us it was at 5pm, we came back at that time and there were queues and people had to wait outside in the cold. The pool was closed, they told us it was broken, and checking comments last year for this time too, there were people in the queue who told us that they bought a swimsuit expressly when they saw there was a pool, only to be told later that it was closed. The car park is a rip-off, they charge you €10 per night to park under a roof that isn't even closed, it's outdoors next to the free car park. There is nothing clearly indicated and at reception they do not tell you where the ski lockers are, as there are 2 that are clearly seen to be in buildings E and D but not the one in A, B and C, and they are all in building C, but they do not inform you of this nor is there an indicator, nothing. And finally, when checking out, as they are apartments, there is always some cleaning to do, as we have not had a single problem in any of the apartments, but in this one when they came to check, they even checked the dust on top of the extractor hood and complained about things that were already in the apartment, such as some wide screens that were on the table or one that were left in the bathtub and they wanted to charge us for the cleaning service just for the hair, honestly I find it shameful.
El horario que hace recepción es muy raro, nosotros llegamos un miércoles sobre las 10h y ponía que estaba cerrado, pero allí había gente, preguntamos por el check in y nos dijeron que como era antes de tiempo que nos cobraban 65€, le preguntamos a q hora era el check in gratuito y nos dijo que a las 17h, volvimos a esa hora y se formaban unas colas que había gente q tenia que esperar fuera con el frio que hacía.
La piscina estaba cerrada, nos dijeron que estaba estropeada, y revisando comentarios el año pasado para estas fechas también, hubo gente que en la cola nos lo comentó que se compró un bañador expresamente al ver que ha ia piscina, para después le dijeran que estaba cerrada.
El parking es un timo te cobran 10€ por noche para aparcar debajo de un techo q ni si quiera está cerrado es al aire libre al lado del parking gratis.
No hay nada bien indicado y en recepción no te indican donde están los guarda esquís ya q hay 2 que se ven claramente que son del edificio E y D pero el del A,B y C no, y están todos dentro del edificio C, pero eso ni te informan ni hay un indicador, nada.
Y por último a la hora de hacer el check Out, al ser apartamentos siempre hay q hacer algo de limpieza, pues en ningún apartamento hemos tenido ni un solo problema pero en este cuando han venido a revisar, han revisado hasta el polvo de encima de la campana extractora y quejándose de cosas q ya estaban en el apartamento como unas anchas que te ia la mesa o de 1 pero que quedó en la bañera y nos querían cobrar el servicio de limpieza solo por el pelo, sinceramente me parece vergonzoso.
