It is forbidden to light candles. - In case the barbecue is used, please leave it clean and unplugged. - Check-in must be from 16:00h to 22:00h. In case it has to be done from 22:00h it must be requested in advance and the following charges will apply: from 22:00h to 24:00h 50 euros; from 24:00h 100 euros. - Access to the accommodation is carried out autonomously by the guest using a smart lock and detailed instructions provided by the host. - One of the bedrooms has direct access from the private terrace of the accommodation by going up some stairs. - Pets are allowed upon prior request and sending information at the time of the reservation request. - There is the possibility of a parking space in the same building at a price of 10 euros per day.
