About the accommodation

Apartments Paradís Blanc - 3000 are a set of apartments marketed by several real estate agencies, in the booking confirmation voucher we will give you the exact address of the office of the real estate agency that will deliver the keys.

Privileged location, just 20 meters from the slopes and 200 meters from the center of Pas de la Casa. A very good option for skiers.

They are fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay.

Distribution of the accommodation according to its capacity:

Studio for 2 people: living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.
Studio for4 people (2-4): Living room with double sofa bed, cabin with bunk bed, kitchen and bathroom.
Studio for 2 to 5 people (2-5): Living-dining room with double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, cabin with bunk beds, kitchen and bathroom.
Studio for 4 to 6 people (4-6): Living room with two double sofa beds, cabin with bunk beds, kitchen and bathroom.

Reception: From 17:00h to 20:00h.

If you are arriving after 8:00 pm you must call the reception 24 hours in advance to communicate your arrival time. The telephone number will be provided on your travel voucher.

Surcharge in case of late check in:

- Key handovers until 20:00h free of charge.

- Key delivery from 20:01h to 00h00 hours surcharge of 20€ payable directly on arrival. (Please advise at least 24 hours in advance).

- Key delivery from 00:01h01h to 02:00h surcharge of 35€ direct payment on arrival. (Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance).

- Key delivery after 02:01 am surcharge of one more full day.

Deposit deposit: 150€ per apartment or studio (to be paid by credit card) where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage detected.

On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.
