About the accommodation
Situated on the beachfront promenade of Roses J&V Sol i Mar 17 Apartment offers a panoramic sea view. Santa Margarida Beach along with shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk.
This apartment features a living room, and a dining room. The kitchen includes coffee maker, refrigerator, oven and a washing machine.
Guests will find 2 twin rooms and a double bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms with 1 bath tub. Towels and linen can be provided upon request.
The Girona Costa-Brava Airport is 50 minutes away by car. The Tourism office and buses are a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Monastery de Sant Pere is only a 30-minute drive. Key collection on Sundays takes place from 11:00 to 11:30, and 19:00 to 19:30.
The following surcharges apply for late arrivals:
After 19:30: EUR 25.
Check-in after 21:00 is not possible.
Towels have a surcharge of EUR 5 and bed linen have a surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per stay.
The keys must be collected at the reception, Gran via de Pau casals 225, ROSES, 17480 between 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. On the day of check-out, the keys must be returned to the same address no later than 10:00 am.
Electricity costs are not included in the price in the winter season. These will be charged according to consumption after departure.
Reservations for the winter season incur in a surcharge for heating.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
