The apartments are large, the facilities are acceptable.
Los apartamentos son grandes, las instalaciones son aceptables.
The building is old and needs quite a few updates in the maintenance of the building (problems with access to the rooms, fused lights not replaced, air conditioning that does not work, lack of light in the access.
El edificio es antiguo y necesita bastantes actualizaciones en el mantenimiento del mismo (problemas con el acceso a las habitaciones, luces fundidas sin reponer, aire acondicionado que no funciona, falta de luz en el acceso.

Maintenance a little neglected, entrance door flashing was missing, bathroom door handle, furniture decoration without maintenance.

The price, but we're in low season, which isn't the same in mid or high season. The apartment hotel is not a 4-star hotel, more like a 2-star hotel. The cleaning is done every day, which is nice. Parking is not inconsiderable.
Le prix, mais nous sommes en basse saison, ce qui n'est pas pareil en saison moyenne voir haute saison. L'appart hôtel ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles, plus orienté vers 2 car. Le ménage est fait tous les jours ce qui est agréable. Le parking qui n'est pas négligeable.
The front door is old and doesn't close properly, lacks crockery.
La porte d'entrée est vieille et se ferme mal, manque de vaisselle.

The indoor pool closes at 17:00 and the location is a bit far from the beaches.

The apartment was very spacious with a terrace and the swimming pool was amazing even though at this time of the year it could not be used.
El apartamento era muy amplio con terraza y la piscina una pasada aunque en esta época no se pudiera usar
It said that the bars and things were open and everything was closed. The air conditioning was not hot and it was quite cold in the room.
Ponía que estaban los bares y cosas abiertas y estaba todo cerrado. El aire acondicionado no salía caliente y hacía bastante frío en la habitación

The price is very economical
El precio es muy económico
It is a hotel from the 70's lacking maintenance. Far from the beach and the town of Albufeira. The dinner was dry and overheated. No lifeguard at the pool. Everything could be improved.
