I would like to highlight the pool maintenance service. They seemed very involved in cleaning and maintaining the pool. The meals were very good and varied. It was very nice to have a drink voucher during lunch and dinner. The reception staff, waiters, and cleaners were very attentive. The views of the sea were spectacular.
Destacar el servicio de mantenimiento de la piscina, se les veía muy implicados en la limpieza y mantenimiento de la piscina. Comidas muy buenas y variadas. Muy positivo el tener un bono de bebidas durante la comida y cena. Trato muy correcto del servicio de recepción, camareros, limpieza.....vistas espectaculares del mar.
This year, after having visited four other times, there has been an increase in foreign tourists, and it shows in their lack of respect. They rush in at 10 a.m. to grab sun loungers, which they take up all day and then keep occupied during mealtimes because they tell their fellow countrymen to take care of them... and the worst part, which is where the hotel does have responsibility, is how swinish they are, leaving the entire sun lounger area littered with glasses, plates, and food scraps, despite there being trash cans. Someone should be on the lookout for these uncivil acts. This year, with the entertainment team, although the girls were trying hard and my kids were having a blast, something wasn't quite right. So much time passed between the children's and adult entertainment that the atmosphere cooled off, and many people left. In other years, there were more entertainers, and the transition between them was more enjoyable. I don't know if it's due to the animation's inexperience or cuts made by the director, but they should give it a second thought and go back to what they were doing before. Andrea, the Italian boy who went to Benidorm, was the best.
Este año, después de haberlo visitado otras 4 veces, ha habido un aumento de turista extranjero, y se nota en lo falta de respeto que tienen, entrando corriendo a las 10 a por tumbonas que ocupan todo el día y que mantienen ocupadas durante las comidas porque les dicen a sus compatriotas que se las cuiden...y lo peor, que es donde el hotel si tiene responsabilidad, es lo cerdos que son, dejando toda la zona de tumbonas llena de vasos, platos y restos de comida, pese a haber papeleras. Alguien debería estar pendiente de estos actos incivicos. Este año el tema animación, pese a que las chicas lo intentaban y mis hijos lo pasaban bomba, algo no funcionaba bien. Entre la animación de niños y de adultos pasaba tanto tiempo que el ambiente se enfríaba y mucha gente se iba. Otros años habían más animadores y esa transición de tiempo era más amena. No sé si es debido a inexperiencia de la animación o recortes por parte de dirección, pero deberían de darle una vuelta y volver a lo de antes, Andrea, el chico italiano que se fue a Benidorm era de lo mejor.

This is the 2nd year we have holidayed at this hotel. We love the sea view from our room on the 5th floor. Having breakfast and dinner is a plus. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The first day we didn't have the room set up, we were missing the third bed and the crib that I had already requested. In the kitchen the area for freshly made food was average, one day there were hamburgers and I couldn't eat and another day with the fajitas the same... Then there were no signs showing what each thing was, we almost ended up in the hospital because I thought it was curd and it was coconut mousse.
El primer día no teníamos montada la habitación,nos faltaba la tercera cama y la cuna que ya había solicitado. En cocina regular la zona de comida recién hecha, un día había hamburguesas y no pude comer y otro día con las fajitas igual..... Luego faltaban carteles de que era cada cosa, casi acabamos en hospital porque pensaba que era cuajada y era mouse de coco.

A good hotel with good value for money. The buffet was somewhat lacking in terms of variety but everything was very good. The super friendly staff. If you do not have all-inclusive, there is a drink offer for lunch and dinner of 6e/day adult and 3e/day child. Very nice animators. Cleanliness and comfort.
Un buen hotel con buena relación calidad precio. El bufet algo escaso en cuanto a variedad pero todo estaba muy bueno. El personal súper amable. Si no tienes todo incluido, hay oferta en la bebida para la comida y cena de 6e/dia adulto y 3e/dia niño. Los animadores muy majos. Limpieza y comodidad.
