There is also a room with a washing machine and dryer. Altea Buena Vista has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning is available in some of the rooms at an extra cost. Bed linen and towels are included. Both Calpe and Benidorm can be reached in around 20 minutes by car.
Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 75 per week. Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 75 per week. Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay. Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 1000, to be charged in the case of damages.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
