The breakfast was a disaster, the room was damp and there was a lot of noise from the air motors, room service in 4 days only made the bed (towels and sheets were not changed), the location was terrifying, the street was full of homeless people and drug addicts, The hotel does not have any service, not even to request a taxi, very bad experience, I do not recommend it at all...the bed was 2 unit beds, the mattress was a disaster, the bed was made up with two individual sheets that came off everywhere, the Breakfast had no variety at all, the bread was old, the sausages were in bad condition, the coffee or milk ran out and they made you look bad to replace it, the fruits were disgusting...for what you pay something could be done to improve ...2 elevators for a lot of people...on Christmas night there were people outside from the street, a man at the entrance of the hotel with a prisoner's anklet that was scary...but the bad disposition of people is the general thing in Rio and the dirt or the people on the street, that is downtown Rio and Copacabana in my experience.

El desayuno un desastre, la habitación húmeda y mucho ruido de los motores del aire, servicio de la habitación en 4 días solo armaban la cama (no cambiaban toallas ni sábanas), la ubicación centro de terror la calle llena de gente indigente y drogadictos, el hotel no tiene servicio de nada ni para solicitar un taxi, muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo para nada...la cama eran 2 camas unidad el colchón un desastre la cama la armaban con dos sábanas individuales que se salía por todos lados, el desayuno no había nada de variedad, el pan viejo, los embutidos en mal estado, se terminaba el café o la leche y te hacían mala cara para reponer, las frutas un asco...por lo que uno paga se podría hacer algo para mejorar...2 ascensores para mucha gente...la noche de Navidad afuera había gente de la calle un hombre en la entrada del hotel con tobillera de preso domicilio que daba miedo...pero es general de Río la mala predisposición de la gente y la mugre o la gente en la calle eso es Río centro y Copacabana en mi experiencia
