The hotel is located in Sydney Harbor, in the peripheral neighborhood of Kirribilli on the north side of the harbor. Kirribilli is an area of Sydney with a lot of history. It has wonderful tree-lined streets, majestic and picturesque old houses and shady public parks, with spectacular views of Sydney Harbor. It is only 30 meters from Kirribilli House, the Australian Prime Minister's residence in Sydney, and the Admiralty House, the governor general's residence. This historic hotel, listed as a national heritage, was built in 1898. It is located in a large private garden and has communal verandas overlooking the harbor. In the central courtyard there are tables, chairs and umbrellas. The interiors are decorated in Victorian style. It has a total of 70 rooms spread over 4 floors and also offers facilities such as lobby, safe, TV room, Internet connection and WiFi Internet connection point (for a fee). For a small additional charge there is a laundry service and parking. None of the rooms have their own bathroom; they all come with a shared bathroom, as well as a TV, radio, safe and small fridge. The rooms with double bed or 2 single beds also feature coffee / tea makers, hair dryers and irons. Deluxe rooms also include a balcony. Deluxe rooms with king-size and king-size beds have DVD players. The family rooms have a king-size or extra-large bed, a single bed and a folding bed, DVD player, TV, small refrigerator, hairdryer and ironing set. Some have a balcony.
