Estancia muy agradable. El hotel está un poco apartado del centro pero hay muy buenas conexiones con bus. La comida bastante buena, sí que en algunos hoteles de la misma categoría he observado más variedad y algo más elaborada. Pero en general bien. Las habitaciones muy limpias, pero algo viejo el mobiliario.
El personal muy amable y servicial.
En cuanto al crucero incluido en el pack, genial.
La cata un poco superficial.

Good hotel in general. I loved it. Spacious, clean room with details like water and hot water with coffee and teas that are appreciated. Large TV. Towels and bathrobe. We asked for slippers and they provided them to us. They clean the room every day. Some people complain about the noise, but it's because people are uncivilized and shout in the hallway and rooms, especially foreigners, they seem deaf. What I liked the most was the breakfast buffet. Wide and varied, all delicious and fresh. The star pastry of Porto in the hotel is delicious, the cream cake. It is far from the center, but with the bolt app they take you to the center from 3 to 8€. It's not worth taking public transportation. It is true that you see strange types at night, we left the car in the car park lot for 16€ a day. The pool is great for relaxing your legs after touring Porto. We had it on the first floor like the room. The super cool terrace and well priced. Good value for money.
Buen hotel en general. Me ha encantado. Habitación espaciosa, limpia, con detalles como el agua y calienta agua con café y tés que se agradecen. Amplia TV. Toallas y albornoz. Pedimos zapatillas y nos las facilitaron. Hacen la habitación cada día. Hay quien se queja del ruido, pero es que la gente es incívica y grita en el pasillo y habitaciones, sobretodo extranjeros, parecen sordos. Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el buffet del desayuno. Amplio y variado, todo buenísimo y fresco. El pastelito estrella de Oporto en el hotel está buenísimo, la tarta de nata. Está alejado del centro, pero con la app bolt te llevan al centro desde 3 a 8€. No merece la pena coger transporte público. Es cierto que se ven tipos raros de noche, nosotros dejamos el coche en el parking por 16€ día. La piscina estupenda para relajar las piernas tras recorrer Porto. La teníamos en la primera planta como la habitación. La terraza súper chula y bien de precio. Buena relación calidad precio.

Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, every day they left us a bottle of water, to have fresh water, infusions, and make coffee. Spacious and bright bathroom with a good shower. In the attic there was a bar with music and atmosphere, beautiful views. The hall and bar service were very nice, just like the staff.
Habitaciones amplias y camas muy cómodas cada día nos dejaban una botella de agua, para poder tener agua fresca, infusiones y hacernos café. Cuarto de baño amplio y luminoso un buen plato de ducha. En el ático estaba un bar con música y ambiente, bonitas vistas. El hall y servicio bar muy agradable igual que el personal.

El cuarto de baño , plato de ducha la estantería debería estar colocado en una zona que no te golpee cuando te estás duchando con ella como mejora. En el restaurante de buffet desayuno igual mejor variedad y sobre todo no echarle hielo al zumo natural de naranja que se estropearlo. Las mesas están demasiado apretadas y depende como se sentaba no podía luego salir a recoger y a tomarte un café.

Our experience at the HF Ipanema Park was overall very good. We want to highlight the friendliness of the staff, always attentive and willing to help. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. We also want to mention the buffet breakfast, which pleasantly surprised us with its variety and quality: all very delicious and well presented.
Nuestra experiencia en el HF Ipanema Park fue en general muy buena. Queremos destacar la amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones eran amplias, cómodas y muy limpias, lo cual hizo que nuestra estancia fuera confortable. También queremos mencionar el desayuno buffet, que nos sorprendió gratamente por su variedad y calidad: todo muy rico y bien presentado.
However, there were some points that did not fully meet our expectations. The pool closed quite early, at 20:00h., which greatly limited its enjoyment, especially in summer. The dinner buffet also seemed excessively expensive to us, with a price of €30 per person, which did not correspond to the expected variety or quality. Additionally, we were staying in two rooms and in one of them they did not replenish the shower gel for the second night, a detail that should be taken care of in a hotel of this range. Finally, the location is somewhat far from the center, so it was necessary to use Uber to get around.
Sin embargo, hubo algunos puntos que no cumplieron del todo con nuestras expectativas. La piscina cerraba bastante temprano, a las 20:00, lo cual limitaba mucho su disfrute, especialmente en verano. El bufet de la cena también nos pareció excesivamente caro, con un precio de 30 € por persona, que no se correspondía con la variedad o calidad esperada. Además, viajábamos en dos habitaciones y en una de ellas no repusieron el gel de ducha para la segunda noche, un detalle que debería cuidarse en un hotel de esta categoría. Por último, la ubicación está algo alejada del centro, por lo que era necesario moverse en Uber.
