About the accommodation
Set just 800 metres from Las Marinas Beach in Denia, Las Marinas 8 features an outdoor swimming pool, 3 terraces and BBQ facilities.
The air-conditioned house offers a garden and outdoor seating, as well as an open-plan living, dining, a kitchen area. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. There are also 4 bathrooms, each with a bath or shower. Free wired internet connection is offered.
Punta del Raset Beach is 10 minutes' drive from the house and Denia Castle is 5 km away. Denia town centre is 7 km away and Alicante Airport is 100 km away. Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance.
Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate.
