The living room has a sofa bed and a TV, while the kitchen comes with a microwave, fridge, oven and an electric hob. The apartments are set in gardens and there is also a children’s playground, as well as paddle tennis facilities. Setla and Punta de los Molinos are within 2 km of the Mirador al Mar, and Marjal de Pego-Oliva Nature Reserve is less than 10 minutes’ drive away. There is easy access to the E15 Autopista del Mediterráneo Motorway.
