Location of the hotel was ok,

I didn't see the room cleaned as it should be, the bat, the tails the taps very very duty, when opening the tap to have a shower or even wash your hands the taps underneath were totally black from the dirt. The shower head was broken we had to ask for bath mat, under safety that should be there without asking. There was nights I ended up sleeping without bedsheets, after room service been in "cleaned up room". About staf ... my God. Front desk staff.. meeting and greeting wasn't a thing, had to go back to ask basic information, which this info should be given without asking, as how to use the safe, phone to call front desk, and what made it worse was the first morning we went for breakfast, we were yelled at, YELLED AT. Apparently we used an area that was closed but yet 5 minutes later that was open to everyone, how professional is that. Four star hotel, to experience all this shouldn't be having any star at all. We visited Spain to have a nice break during Christmas and new year but that wasn't the case, ended up stressed out as we couldn't have enough sleep because of the noise, went to reception to report it and were told there is nothing we can do, food just had boiled eggs and slices of oranges that what I lived in for the time been there for breakfast, I'm glad didn't book it for more than breakfast that would of been 10 time worst. Shouldn't have any stars, I absolutely under no circumstances would suggest this please, it doesn't worth a penny. Is not a hotel i don't know what to name it. I'm sorry to say all the above but is only the truth and nothing else.

Hotel is great,close to beach at promenade maritime.Our triple room was huge with sea and pool view and cleaned every day.We had full board,so it was more than enought.Food was excelant ,various and tasty.Would like to come back.

maybe more floor staff in bar area

I think the breakfast food has improved with fresh fruit available

There was a slightly foul smell in the 3rd floor corridor I was in room 317

A pleasant stay I was on the 8 th floor the lifts worked very well this hotel i have stayed in the past 20years snd every year it gets better and lm looking forward to my next stay Jk

Had two rooms reserved,one room air-conditioned was slow and the room was hot,and the view not good from my rooms.

El hotel en general es bastante antiguo. El mobiliario y las cama son regular. Pero lo que menos nos ha gustado ha sido la comida. Era de baja calidad y en algunas ocasiones escasa. La verdad que el buffet deja mucho que desear.
