The location of the hotel is not good, you can only get there by car, if you walk from the train station you have to walk through open fields and then cross roundabouts where there are no traffic lights. It's an odyssey to get there.
La ubicación del hotel no es buena, para llegar solo se puede en auto, si vas caminando desde la estación del renfe tenes que caminar por descampados y luego cruzar rotondas donde no hay semáforo. Una odisea llegar.

Excellent location, good receptionists, very attentive. The pool is great, to spend free time.
Ubicación excelente,buenos recepcionistas,muy atentos.
La piscina genial,para pasar ratos libres.
The rooms were average, not very clean. The restaurant prices were very expensive. The pool was very nice but it needed maintenance, the walls were yellow.
Las habitaciones estaban regular,no muy limpias.

The hotel staff (especially the dining room staff) who did what they could with the few means available to them, the free car park and the location of the hotel is the only thing worth it.
El personal del hotel (sobre todo el personal de comedor) que hacían lo que podían con los pocos medios de los que disponen, el parking gratuito y la situación del hotel es lo único que merece la pena.
The bathroom worst of all, rusty fixtures, bathtub curtains with mold stains, sink drain leaking and puddling on the floor, no toilet brush, no counter to leave toiletries, etc ..... Room sized normal, paint with many stains on the walls and ceilings from having killed mosquitoes, spiders and not having been cleaned, it does not have a minibar / fridge, TV did not catch a signal on many channels, air conditioning grille leaked water and wet the floor, pillows without protective covers , only with a sheet, uncomfortable mattresses, crooked and almost hanging headboard lamps, etc ... Dining room with stained blinds, dining room chairs with stains at the base, same breakfast during 5 days, same pastries (3 types of pastries to choose), the same fruit (3 types of fruit to choose from) and apart from being repetitive there were days that did not have some products so the choice was reduced even more. Only 2 people to attend breakfast, they have to stop serving to clean and set up tables, serve what is requested, charge for drinks, serve at the cafeteria bar, replace the food when it was finished, write down the room number, etc ... .. so the wait until breakfast was endless and totally exasperating. Swimming pool with capacity for 18 people and there are 4 loungers, totally atypical, small, with dirty bottom and yellowish walls. As for the COVID protocol, in the pool there is a roll of paper, a bottle of hydroalcoholic gel and a spray so that, if you are lucky enough to take a deck chair you can clean it yourself, it is not attended by anyone all day for what a real disaster. In reception and dining room, a bottle of hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance and the cleaning of tables and chairs in the dining room is totally insufficient, not to say null due to the lack of personnel so tremendous they have. Price of drinks for dinner in the most expensive hotels I have stayed in.
El baño lo peor de todo, apliques oxidados, cortinas de la bañera con manchas de moho, desague lavabo goteaba y encharcaba el suelo, sin escobilla WC, sin encimera para poder dejar artículos de aseo, etc.....
La habitación de tamaño normal, pintura con muchas manchas en las paredes y techos de haber matado mosquitos, arañas y no haberlo limpiado, no tiene minibar/nevera, TV no cogía señal en muchos canales, rejilla aire acondicionado goteaba agua y mojaba el suelo, almohadas sin fundas protectoras, solo con una sábana, colchones incómodos, lamparás cabecero cama torcidas y casi descolgadas,etc....
Salón comedor con estores manchados, sillas comedor con manchas en la base, mismo desayuno durante los 5 días, misma bolleria
(3 tipos de bolleria a elegir), misma fruta (3 tipos de fruta a elegir) y aparte de repetitiva había días que no tenían algunos productos por lo que se reducía aún más la elección. Solo 2 personas para atender desayuno, tienen que dejar de servir para limpiar y montar mesas, servir lo que se pide, cobrar las bebidas, atender en barra de cafeteria, reponer la comida cuando se acababa, anotar número de habitación, etc..... por lo que la espera hasta poder desayunar era interminable y totalmente desesperante.
Piscina con aforo para 18 personas y hay 4 tumbonas, totalmente atípico, pequeña, con fondo sucio y paredes amarillentas.
En cuanto al protocolo COVID, en piscina hay un rollo de papel, un botecito de gel hidroalcohólico y un spray para que, si tienes la suerte de coger una tumbona te la puedas limpiar tú mismo, no está atendida por nadie en todo el día por lo que es un auténtico desastre. En recepción y comedor un bote de gel hidroalcohólico a la entrada y la limpieza de mesas y sillas del comedor totalmente insuficiente, por no decir nulo debido a la falta de personal tan tremendo que tienen.
Precio de las bebidas para cena de los hoteles más caros en los que me he alojado.

I advise you to pay a little more and have a room in good conditions. You must take a car to get to the nearest town that has a train/metro to move around the city, as it is impossible to park in the center.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The plumbing is very loud. The breakfast was normal, nothing more. The cleanliness was fair. There was dust all over the room, when we arrived we didn't notice that the bed linen was not completely stretched out. But looking at everything else, this was the final touch.
Aconsejo pagar un poco más y tener una habitación en condiciones. Debes coger coche para acercarte al pueblo mas cercano que tiene tren/metro para poder moverte por la ciudad, ya que en el centro es imposible aparcar.
Las camas súper incómodas. Se escuchan bastante fuertes las cañerías. El desayuno normal, sin más. La limpieza justita. Había polvo en toda la habitación, cuando llegamos no dimos importancia a que la ropa de las camas no estuviesen completamente estiradas. Pero viendo todo lo demás, esto era el remate final.
