The best thing about the hotel is its staff in general. Special mention to Simone (I think that's her name). She helped me a lot thanks to her Spanish and especially her attitude. Excellent.

The room is a bit small, the bathroom is not very comfortable and they do not replenish the courtesy items (almost non-existent).
