After complaining, the first room was exchanged for another, cleaner room.
Das erste Zimmer wurde nach Reklamation getauscht in ein anderes saubereres Zimmer.
The employee at check-in was very unfriendly, and despite the fact that we had booked half-board, there was no more food for us (meal time until 9 p.m. and we checked in at 9:30 p.m.). Our first room was extremely dirty (hair, mold throughout the bathroom, stains on pillows and a greasy and dirty window pane).
Der Mitarbeiter beim Checkin war sehr unfreundlich, außerdem gab es trotz gebuchter Halbpension für uns nicht mehr zu Essen (Essen Zeit bis 21 Uhr und wir haben 21:30 Uhr eingecheckt).
Unser erstes Zimmer war extrem verschmutzt (Haare, Schimmel im gesamten Bad, Flecken auf Kissen und eine fettige und verschmutzte Fensterscheibe).
