Our renovated room with a side sea view. Spacious terrace with a clothes hanger. Comfortable beds. (But not all rooms are renovated.) Quiet, uncrowded pool overlooking the beach. The mini club is good, and there's a small pond next to it with turtles.
Nuestra habitación con vista lateral al mar y reformada. Terraza amplia con colgador. Camas cómodas. (Pero no todas las habitaciones están reformadas).

The children's pool is missing. Check-out is at 10:00h., which is too early considering breakfast isn't until 10:30 a.m. Breakfast is poor for a 4-star hotel...

We really enjoyed the days we spent there, the family room was great, it was huge with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two large balconies. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice. The buffet service was great, the food was very good. And the location was unbeatable, right in front of the beach and very peaceful. The rooms were soundproof and there was a lot of silence in the hotel! It was great! We will definitely come back.
Disfrutamos mucho de los días que estuvimos, la habitación familiar fue genial, era enorme con dos habitaciones, dos baños y dos balcones grandes.
El trato del personal increíble, muy agradables y simpáticos.
El servicio buffet genial, la comida estaba muy buena.
Y la ubicación inmejorable, delante de la playa y mucha tranquilidad.
Las habitaciones insonorizadas y había mucho silencio en el hotel! Fue genial!

I would improve the cleanliness of the room floor a little more when you have been there for 1 day, since with the beach sand everything gets dirty and they cleaned it a bit on the surface, otherwise in terms of cleanliness very good.
I would put a broom and a dustpan to be able to clean a bit and not have to wait until the next day.
The buffet food was very tasty, although I found that there was little variety but everything was very good.
And the only downside is that our balcony faced the night terrace that opens at night, and from 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. they have shows and play music, and that was a bit annoying because we had a baby, but even so I wouldn't change it for anything because the views were worth it!
The remaining time was super quiet.
Mejoraría un poco más la limpieza del suelo de la habitación cuando ya llevas 1 día allí, ya que con la arena de la playa se llena todo y lo limpiaron un poco por encima, por lo demás en cuanto a limpieza muy bien.
Pondría una escoba y un recogedor para poder limpiar un poco y no tener que esperar al día siguiente.
La comida del buffet muy rica, sí que encontré que había poca variedad pero estaba todo muy bueno.
Y lo único malo es que nuestro balcón daba a la terraza nocturna que abren por la noche, y desde las 21:30 hasta las 23:30 hacen espectáculos y ponen música y eso molestaba un poco ya que teníamos un bebé, pero aún así no lo cambiaría por nada por que las vistas lo merecían!
Todo el tiempo restante, se estaba super tranquilo.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no se podia controlar con el termostato la temperatura, solo encender,apagar y velocidad pero la temperatura era exesivament baja y muy potente incluso con la mínima velocidad así que tenias que apagarlo por la noche con la consecuente subida de la temperatura dentro de la habitacion.
Simplemente tendrian que dejar poner la temperatura a voluntad y arreglado.
