The proximity to the historic city centre is almost unbeatable. Despite being an old renovated house, a good result has been achieved in terms of interior quality and comfort.
La cercanía al centro histórico de la ciudad es casi inmejorable. A pesar de tratarse de una casa antigua reformada, se ha conseguido un buen resultado de calidad interior y confort.
The street where it is located is very secondary, narrow, poorly lit and poorly ventilated (with humidity and smells). As it is an old renovated house, there are internal unevennesses that may make access difficult for people with reduced mobility.
La calle en la que se ubica es muy secundaria, estrecha, poco iluminada y poco ventilada (con humedad y olores). Al tratarse de una casa antigua reformada, existen desniveles interiores que pueden dificultar el acceso a personas de movilidad reducida.
