This hotel is located near the center of the town of Playa de las Americas, close to shops and businesses, as well as public transport. The beach is at a distance of about 700 m. This four-storey hotel, renovated in 2008, is located on a busy street and has a total of 93 rooms. Guests have access to a reception open 24 hours, a small supermarket, a bar and an Internet terminal. Enjoy breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant itself. The studios have a bathroom, telephone, satellite TV (on request and for an additional fee), kitchenette, safe and balcony or terrace. In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with children's area and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols and a snack bar. During winter, the pool is heated. For an additional fee, guests may play table tennis, billiards and squash. The hotel organizes a program of activities and entertainment regularly (shows and music). Both breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet.

Poor cleaning in general. Upon arrival at the accommodation, we were told that if we booked through an agency, i.e. through amimir, the room cleaning service was every 3 days. The quality/price ratio was quite poor compared to other accommodations in the area. We were quite disappointed with this second experience at the aparthotel.
Limpieza escasa en general. Al llegar al alojamiento nos indican que por reservar a través de agencia, es decir, a través de amimir, el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones es cada 3 días. Calidad precio bastante mala respecto a otros alojamientos en la zona. Nos ha decepcionado bastante esta segunda experiencia en el aparta hotel.
