About the accommodation
The Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa is located 10 minutes from the Medina and Marrakech airport, on the face of the Atlas. The 250 suites, spread over 6 riads, are perfect for families, as they have differentiated spaces for children. Each suite has air conditioning and heating. Just outside the hotel, you will find the 17000 m2 Eden water park, with more than 17 attractions and slides for adults and children. The park is open from 03/01 to 10/31. You will find areas enabled to practice basketball, beach volleyball, ping pong and a small soccer field. The Eden Andalou also has 5 conference rooms with a maximum capacity of 1200 people, spa, gym and a kids club with a private pool. Children from 4 to 12 years old can enjoy the kids club during their school holidays for free. Free buses to the Medina, Jemaa el-Fna Square (Round Trip). Service available until 20:30 hours with prior reservation. Free Wi-Fi in noble areas and rooms. * Access to the Aquapark is free for customers on an All Inclusive basis.

The hotel is spectacular, starting with the facilities and ending with the staff, from the guys at the reception, to the waiters in the restaurants and bars, they have a 10 as professionals, super attentive and very efficient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, all with a balcony or a terrace in the garden. Everything is super clean. The facilities decorated with very good taste and the gardens very well maintained. The water park exceeded my expectations both in the number of Water Slides and the lifeguards. We traveled the first week of July and the hotel was quite full but even so, there was not much commotion even though there were children and we had no problems with the pool loungers at all. At any time there were some empty. We were also lucky with the temperature because even at 35-38 degrees, it is a bearable heat, it is not a humid heat like we are used to. The food varied, salads, meat dishes, pizza made and baked at the moment, some fish but not many...every day we had chicken, grilled beef.... couscous...and when we finished eating they brought us a delicious tea. They have a bus that takes you to the center of Marrakech for free, you have to sign up from one day to the next and quickly because it is small and fills up quickly. The language was not a problem for us. The most spoken language is French, followed by English. Spanish is hardly used, except for a waiter who knows a few words. It was a great week.
El hotel es espectacular, empezando por las instalaciones y acabando por el personal, desde los chic@s de recepción, los camareros de los restaurantes y los bares tienen un 10 como profesionales, super atentos y muy eficaces. Las habitaciones son preciosas, espaciosas, todas ellas con balcón o con una terraza en el jardín. Está todo super limpio. Las instalaciones decoradas con muy buen gusto y los jardines muy cuidados. El parque acuático superó mis expectativas tanto en el número de toboganes como por los socorristas.
Viajamos la primera semana de julio y el hotel estaba bastante lleno pero aun así, no se notaba mucho alboroto a pesar de q había niños y para nada tuvimos problemas con las tumbonas de la piscina. A cualquier hora había alguna vacía. Con la temperatura también tuvimos suerte porque aún estando a 35-38 grados, es un calor soportable, no es un calor húmedo como al q estamos acostumbrados.
La comida variada, ensaladas, platos de carne, pizza hecha y horneada en el momento, algún pescado pero no muchos...cada día teníamos pollo, ternera a la brasa.... cuscús...y al acabar de comer nos traían un té riquísimo .
Tienen un bus que te lleva al centro de Marrakech gratuito, tienes q anotarte de un día para otro y rápido pq es pequeño y se llena rápido.
El idioma no fue un problema para nosotros. El idioma mas hablado es el francés, seguido del inglés. El español a penas se usa, salvo algún camarero q sabe alguna palabra suelta.
Fue una semana estupenda.

El clima y el parque acuático
The hammocks are reserved very early, so you have to go to the water park area to be able to use one and there they don't even give you water, all paying even though you are in an all-inclusive. In general, the service staff is not proactive at all and neither are the entertainment staff. The reception staff is zero friendly. Is there a management team in this hotel?
Las hamacas están reservadas desde muy temprano con lo que has de ir a la zona del parque acuático para poder usar una y allí no te dan ni agua, todo pagando aunque estás en un todo incluido.
En general el personal de servicio no es nada proactivo y el personal de animación tampoco.
El personal de recepción cero amable
