The hotel has very good potential because it is being cared for, but it needs a very good reform to be a true 4 star. The staff is very attentive and quite friendly.
El hotel tiene muy buen potencial porque lo cuidan, pero necesita una muy buena reforma para ser un 4 estrellas de verdad. El personal muy atento y bastante amable
The cards do not work, I have changed them 3 times and then they had to reset the lock, some guests had the same problem. I have demanded every day that they bring me towels and the ones they bring are torn or from so much washing they looked like sandpaper. The pool has a lot of chlorine.
Las targetas no funcionan , 3 veces las he cambiado y después han tenido que resetear la cerradura, algunos huéspedes tenían el mismo problema. He reclamado todos los días que me traigan toallas y las que traen están rotas o de tanto lavado parecían papel de lija. La piscina tiene mucho cloro.

Small already good, on the other hand not recommended half board which is very average, no choice and which does not vary, the reception is strict minimum, no information for tourists, hotel a little far from the medina to get there on foot, count an hour
Petit déjà bien , par contre déconseillé la demi pension qui est très moyen, pas de choix et qui ne varie pas, l accueil est strict minimum, pas d info pour les touristes, hotel un peu eloigne de la medina pour s y rendre a pied, compter une heure
