In the pool we have not bathed a day, the green water, if they use products but at night but do not don the right ones or are doing something wrong, in the room you can not put the dryer because the leads jump and the mobile is not charged or leaving it all night which have contracted very little power. There was not even a fire extinguisher and the fire alarm was broken, as if it had already been used, and there was no water system. There is no air conditioning, they do not replace soap or the necessary towels. The reception guy was very nice at the beginning but when we started to have problems in the room he tried to convince us that all this was normal and that in a 5 star hotel it also happened, not that he had never been in a 5 star hotel, as a result, I will never return to the singular cala ratjada.

En la piscina no nos hemos bañado ni un dia, el agua verde, si que usan productos pero por la noche pero o no don los adecuados o algo estan haciendo mal, en la habitacion no puedes poner el secador porque saltan los plomos y el movil no se carga ni dejandolo toda la noche con lo cual tienen contratada muy poca potencia. No habia ni un extintor y la alarma de incendios estaba rota, como que ya la huvieran usado, y no tenia sistema de agua. No hay aire acondicionado, no reponen jabon ni las toallas necesarias . El chico de recepcion muy simpatico al principio pero cuando empezamos a tener problemas en la habitacion intentó combencernos de que todo eso era normal y que en un hotel de 5 estrellas tambien pasaba, ni que no huviera estado nunca en un hotel de 5 estrellas, resultado, nunca mas volveré al singular cala ratjada.

2 Chaimae Travelled with couple Booked on Buscounchollo.com August 2020 Basic Nothing! All very bad! Both staff, cleanliness, comfort in the room, no air conditioning ... etc etc etc.

Nada! Todo muy mal! Tanto personal, limpieza, comodidad en la habitación, sin aire acondicionado... etc etc

As soon as we arrived at the hostel the receptionist was arguing with 3 girls who were staying at the hostel... to begin with he was not wearing a mask and approached them as if nothing... the bedrooms were dirty, they did not change the towels or sheets every day, the bathroom was barely cleaned on top... there is no air conditioning, they did not have breakfast in the hostel and we had to go to another hotel to have breakfast. And I don't know why you put that it is a hotel if it is NOT a Hotel! It is a HOSTAL of the most peculiar ... at night there was no receptionist or anything ... young people drinking and making noise ... well! The mattresses were very bad !!!!! I will never go again and I will never trust Buscounchollo.com because it has nothing to do and they do not complete the information! Being pregnant I had a very bad stay!

Nada más llegar al hostal el recepcionista estaba discutiendo con 3 chicas q se alojaban en el hostal... para empezar el ni llevaba la mascarilla y se acercaba a ellas como si nada... las habitaciones sucias, no cambian ni las toallas ni las sabanas todos los días, el baño apenas limpiaban por encima... no hay aire acondicionado, no tenían el desayuno en el mismo hostal y nos teníamos q ir a otro hotel a desayunar. Y nose porque ponéis q es un hotel si NO es un Hotel! Es un HOSTAL de lo más peculiar... por las noches no había ni recepcionista ni nada... la gente joven bebiendo y haciendo ruido.. en fin! Los colchones malísimos !!!!! Nunca mas iré ni me fiare de BuscoUnChollo ya q no tiene nada q ver y no completan la información! Estando embarazada he pasado una estancia malísima!
