Spacious room. Soft mattress. We had no water in the bathroom, for a couple of hours, without warning.

The food and the restaurant were very good, the staff was very friendly.

The wifi didn't receive any information. We couldn't use the car park, even though it is paid, because it was full. It should be reserved only for hotel guests, since it is located in the heart of the city and it is difficult to park.
El wifi no recibi la información.
No pudimos utilizar el parking aunque sea de pago ya que estaba completo, debería estar reservado solo para clientes del hotel., ya que se ubica en el corazón de la ciudad y es difícil aparcar.

We put up the do not disturb sign so we could go to breakfast and stop the cleaners from coming in. We were surprised when we got back, not only had they come in, but they also left the door to the room with our belongings inside. Luckily, they didn't steal anything from us. We complained at reception and they tried to make it seem like we had left the door open. What nonsense...
Pusimo el cartel de no molestar para irnos a desayunar y que no entraran las limpiadoras, cual fue nuestra sorpresa que a la vuelta no solo habían entrado, sino que además se dejaron la puerta de la habitación con nuestras pertenencias dentro, menos mal que afortunadamente no nos robaron nada, nos quejamos en recepción y nos intenaron hacer ver que nos habiamos dejado nosotros la puerta abiera, vamos un disparate.........
