          This apartment complex is located in a central area of ​​Puerto de la Cruz, close to the Botanical Garden. The beach and the center are only 1.5 kilometres away. In the vicinity there is a shopping area with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. In front of the complex there is public transport service. This apartment complex, consisting of several buildings, was opened in 1976 and renovated in 1991. It has a total of 80 apartments spread over six floors. In the main building there is an entrance hall with 24h reception, a cafeteria and a restaurant. When paying taxes, guests can use the Internet terminal. The apartments have a living room / bedroom and a separate bedroom. In addition, all have bathroom, kitchenette with refrigerator and balcony or terrace. In the spacious and elegant garden area of ​​300 m² you can find a heated pool in winter with access for the disabled, a separate one for children with sunbeds and mattresses.
