Located very close to the metro station. The windows have blinds!!

The elevator motor was making the bedroom windows vibrate. The shower was falling apart. There was no ham and cheese for breakfast.
O motor do elevador fazia vibrar as janelas do quarto. Chuveiro a desmanchar-se. Falta fiambre e queijo no pequeno almoço.

Good location near the underground station
The furnishing is very old and worn out, broken light (on the ceiling), broken shower holder, no TV remote control in the room, dirty walls, no tissues, just one small blanket for two persons, very cold room! Very poor breakfast, not eough plates and cups available. Above all only one of two elevators was working. Elevator is for up to 3 persons / 300 kgs, nevertheless it got stuck with my husband and one guest in it for about 40 minutes. The bell and intercom in the lift did not work! There was not enough air to breathe and the hotel staff had no emergency key for opening the cabin. They didn’t want to call the fire department and just called the technician who arrived in half an hour. It took a while to get them out. The hotel definitely doesn’t deserve to have 4 stars. I don’t recommend to stay there!
