We pre-authorise a deposit of 150€ one day before arrival by credit card and it is released once the flat has been cleaned and checked. The collection of keys will be at our office located at Calle Virgen de las Nieves 35, Edificio Arttyfal (Sierra Nevada). The timetable for key collection is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. After 21:00 hours we will leave the keys in a security box and we will send you directions to the accommodation. Check-out time on the last day is before 11 am.
