The aparthotel is located in the Gruz area, a short walk from the main train station and the ferry terminals. It is an ideal base from which to explore Dubrovnik and its surroundings. The old town is a 10-minute bus ride from the hotel. There are public transport stops just 50 m from the aparthotel and Dubrovnik Airport is about 22 km away. The hotel, recently built and opened, is one of the few hotels owned and run by a family in Dubrovnik. It is like a real home away from home. It is equipped with modern furniture and offers a total of 24 accommodations that include rooms and suites (apartments), in addition to having its own charter boat for guests. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour check-out service and a lift. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and, for a fee, guests can make use of the Internet connection and laundry service. In addition, guests arriving by car can make use of the garage. All rooms / suites have new and modern furniture, as well as a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, balcony / terrace, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV and king-size beds (there are some rooms with two beds individual).
