These apartments are located in the residential part of Dubrovnik, on the Babin Kuk peninsula, in the Solitudo area. The famous Copacabana beach is located 300 m away; at that same distance there are public transport stops and 500 m away you will find restaurants, bars and shops. The main bus station is 2 km away and Dubrovnik's old town is only 3.5 km from the complex. The distance to Dubrovnik airport is 22 km. This charming family-oriented complex was founded in 2008 and comprises a total of 17 new top-level apartments spread over 8 villas. Most of them offer a beautiful view of the sea. In addition, the complex has a 24-hour check-out service, a safe, a café, a small supermarket, a bar and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Parking is available to guests and, if you want to make excursions, you can rent bicycles at the same hotel. The entire complex is strictly non-smoking. All apartments have individually controlled air conditioning, adjustable heating, modern furniture, high definition TV, DVD player and washing machine. They are 2 or 3 bedroom apartments with kitchen and minibar, fridge, cooker, microwave and lounge. They come with several bathrooms with shower / bathtub and hairdryer, direct dial telephone, ironing set, radio and double bed. Cable internet connection is free and all apartments have a safe and a balcony. The complex has a terrace for sunbathing and, in addition, you can enjoy torpedo boat, water skiing, jet ski, motor boat, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing and pedal boats for an extra cost. Also for an additional fee you can practice archery, horse riding, cycling or mountain biking, play basketball, handball, volleyball or badminton. The hotel has no restaurant service.
