The complex is located in a quiet area of Playa del Inglés, just behind the promenade and about 100 m from the beach. Nearby are the Cita, La Sandía and Yumbo shopping centers. You can practice all kinds of water sports on the beach and 250 m away is the tourist center of Playa del Inglés. The city of Las Palmas is 5.5 km away and its airport is 25 km away. This beach apartment complex consists of a total of 24 apartments distributed over 4 floors and a lobby. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, living room and a small open kitchen. The apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, rental safe and TV. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster and 4-plate ceramic hob.
