8.7 Lola Travelled with family Booked on Amimir.com February 2022 Very good The staff is very friendly, special mention for Maria and Ricardo who helped us with everything we needed and also speak Spanish. The location is excellent, close to the Grand Place, situated on a pedestrian avenue, with taxis, buses and metro literally at the door of the hotel. Good sized rooms with everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. They should have blinds, since the curtains do not block out all the light and would also attenuate the noise from the street. Cleaning should be daily or every two days at most, although it was not a big inconvenience, since we were out almost all day. Supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. every two steps and right at the door of the hotel. In general a great aparthotel, well located, with good services and great staff. We would definitely return.

El personal es muy amable, mención especial para Maria y Ricardo q nos ayudaron en todo lo q necesitamos y además hablan español. La ubicación excelente, cerca de la grand Place , situado en una avenida peatonal, con taxis, autobuses y metro literalmente en la puerta del hotel. Habitaciones de buen tamaño con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Deberían tener persianas, ya q las cortinas no tapan toda la luz y de paso atenuarian el ruido de la calle. La limpieza debería ser diaria o cada dos días como máximo, aunque no supuso un gran inconveniente, ya q estábamos fuera casi todo el día. Supermercados, tiendas ,cafeterías, restaurantes, etc cada dos pasos y en la misma puerta del hotel En general un gran apartahotel, bien ubicado, con buenos servicios y un personal genial.
