This villa is located very close to the Marina Rubicon marina, considered one of the most modern in Europe, where you will find a variety of excellent restaurants, shops and terraces over the sea. Next to the villa is the town of Playa Blanca and Playa de las Coloradas. The villa is independent and ideal for a family holiday, as a couple or with friends. It has a terrace to enjoy the sun and tranquility, a porch and a private heated pool with sun beds. Next to the pool is a small garden with views of the Femes Mountains. It also has barbecue area and parking, plus bicycle rental service with delivery and collection. This cozy 2-storey villa has 3 comfortable and bright bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and its own terrace overlooking Playa Blanca and the sea. The second bedroom has two beds and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, coffee maker and washing machine. The living room, with direct access to the terrace, has 2 comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD. From the airport, take the road towards Yaiza- Playa Blanca. Arriving at Playa Blanca, before the gas station roundabout, go through the roundabout until you reach the town roundabout towards Las Coloradas and pass in front of the Hotel Princesa Yaiza. Then there are three more roundabouts and at the last turn left. Then, the first one again on the left and there is the villa.
