These magnificent villas are located just 600 meters from the beautiful beaches and local shops, in the quiet area of Las Coloradas, in Playa Blanca. The city center is about 3.5 km away. The villas were built in 2007. There are 15 in total, plus private parking for those arriving by car. It also has a pool, sun terrace, garden and terrace. These 3-bedroom villas offer sea views and are equipped with kitchen / living / dining room, terrace with barbecue and swimming pool. The villas have high quality furniture with satellite TV, radio and safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, double fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and bathtub. You can swim in the heated outdoor pool or relax on your terrace. There is a golf course about 42 km from the hotel. Take the road to Yaiza - Playa Blanca. When you arrive at the gas station, go straight ahead at the 2nd roundabout towards the commercial area of Playa Blanca. Continue on this road and at the next roundabout take the 1st right. Continue until you reach the mini-roundabout with an Iberostar Papagayo sign on the right and take the 3rd exit. Continue up the street until the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit. Turn right on 1st street. The villas are on that street. Please park in the space corresponding to the number of the reserved chalet.
