The property is located just 5 minutes walk from the main train station, Thalys and Eurostar trains arrive at Brussels Midi station, which is a short taxi ride or 5 minutes by train. The establishment is just 200 meters from a metro and bus stop as well as a multitude of shops and stores. This hotel has 92 rooms, including 6 junior suites and 14 suites, distributed in a main building and in the annex building. Guests can enjoy unbeatable views of the town hall and the famous Grand Place offered by the breakfast room located on the 7th floor. Each of the comfortably decorated and recently renovated rooms comes with a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. it is in a very central street, where there is noise at night. the front rooms are not well soundproofed and you can hear everything. when leaving the hotel you will find three restaurants with terraces for dining outside

Yes this is truly an excellent hotel with its location (just 200m from Grand Place and metro station De Brouckere with exit to Place de la Monnaie), room cleanness, friendly and helpful staff, tasty and multichoice breakfast. The hotel has a very proffesional staff in the reception desk but I'd like to express our special gratitude to ORAN (I appologize if I spell his name incorrectly. Unfortunately I don't know his family name). He is very helpfull and ettentive to the guests in general. And, if not Oran and his detailed instruction to the driver of Flibco's gate2door shuttle, we would have missed the shuttle as the driver could not find the nearby place of the hotel (it was Sunday and the area in front of the hotel was closed for vehicles. Flibco's phone application was giving a different pick-up place than the address was agreed in advance). So, Oran, please, get our thousands of thanks for your kind attention and huge assistance.
Executive rooms have all amenities needed for the short stay, including coffee/tea electric cattle, fridge, bath robes, etc. but would be also very helpful to have room sleepers.
