There should be more staff available in reception. Every enquiry took a lot of time and only one receptionist handeleing everything. One older lady didn't want to check in us earlier before check in time but the quest before us and after us in a queue she was able to check in. However, we asked from another receptionist to do check in earlier and there were no problems.

Ideal for travelling with children. We went with two young girls and being able to use the pool and ball pit whenever we wanted was fantastic. The location is perfect.

We loved the hotel spa. The sauna is wonderful after a long day of skiing. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and there's plenty of space for everything.

I didn't like that on the last day I wanted to pay to leave the car after 12 pm and they told me no because other guests were coming. When I tried to book car park in advance, they told me it would be on arrival, subject to availability. And when I tried to keep it for another 3 hours, they said no! If it's based on availability, it should be the same for everyone. Besides, I wanted to leave it because it was snowing heavily, I had a lot of luggage, and we were going for a walk in the area…
No me gustó que el último día quería pagar para dejar el coche después de las 12h y me dijeron que no porque venían huéspedes. Cuando intenté reservar con antelación el parking me dijeron que era en mi llegada según disponibilidad. Y a la hora de mantenerlo 3 horas más me dicen que no! Por otros huéspedes si es por disponibilidad tiene que ser para todos por igual. Además yo quería dejarlo porque nevaba mucho y tenía cargada las maletas y íbamos a pasear por la zona…
