We called to ask for a double bed, they told us that they already left it signed up. When we arrived we had two separate beds. We went downstairs and they told us they never had a double bed. The mattresses were like a hard board and warped outward. Our back ached from how badly we slept both nights. It was all dirty, when we arrived I passed a cloth with alcohol to disinfect the covid and it came out brown ... everything was very bad !!!
Llamamos para pedir cama matrimonial, nos dijeron que ya lo dejaban apuntado. Cuando llegamos teniamos dos camas separadas. Bajamos y nos dijeron que nunca tenian cama matrimonial. Los colchones estaban como una tabla de duro y deformados hacia afuera. Nos dolio la espalda de lo fatal que dormimos las dos noches. Estaba todo sucio, cuando llegamos pase un paño con alcohol pa desinfectar el covid y salio marron... muy mal todo!!!
