The hotel buffet is quite varied, with options for all tastes. The food is average, in line with the price/quality ratio. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, but there is free car park nearby (not owned by the hotel), which is very convenient.
El buffet del hotel es bastante variado, con opciones para todos los gustos. La comida es normal, acorde con la relación calidad-precio. El hotel está un poco alejado de la playa, pero cerca hay un lugar donde se puede aparcar gratis (no pertenece al hotel), lo cual resulta muy práctico.
The biggest problem was the air conditioning, which wasn't cooling properly. We notified reception, and they sent someone to check it, but they couldn't fix it. In the end, they gave us an extra fan because the room was like an oven. I complained again, and the response was that all rooms are the same, although in our case, the room received sun both morning and afternoon, which made the heat even more unbearable. As for cleaning, I think it could be improved. During our stay, most days they limited themselves to changing towels and doing a very superficial cleaning, without paying attention to important details or performing a thorough cleaning.
El mayor problema fue el aire acondicionado, que no enfriaba bien. Avisamos en recepción y enviaron a alguien para revisarlo, pero no lograron solucionarlo. Al final nos dieron un ventilador extra porque la habitación era un horno. Me quejé nuevamente y la respuesta fue que todas las habitaciones son iguales, aunque en nuestro caso la habitación recibía sol tanto por la mañana como por la tarde, lo que hacía que el calor fuera todavía más insoportable.
En cuanto a la limpieza, creo que se podría mejorar. Durante la estancia, la mayoría de los días solo se limitaban a cambiar las toallas y hacer una limpieza muy superficial, sin prestar atención a detalles importantes ni realizar una limpieza a fondo.
