El lugar muy agradable, cómodo y muy buena ubicación, no pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones por cuestiones climáticas. Si volvería al mismo lugar, y tal vez al mismo alojamiento. Darle otra oportunidad.
Al alojamiento le falta mantenimiento, no repusieron nunca el jabón para la ducha. Lo contratado era un estudio y tenía cocina muy antigua, y ningún artículo de limpieza. Una pena.

The cleanliness. The truth is that the cleanliness left much to be desired. We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and the room was full of ants, we cleaned it a bit ourselves and went to the pool because of the heat. Before going to dinner, we reported that the room (dining area and bathroom) was full of ants again. They came to spray around 21:30h and left the floor soaked with spray, saying that someone from housekeeping would come to do the second part which included mopping since it was soaked. It was 10:30 pm and no one showed up, we tried to use the room phone but it didn't work, so we called the hotel reception with our phone and the person who answered told us that they had closed at 10 pm and no one would come to clean the floor until tomorrow, finally the reception guy came with some towels to dry the floor a bit since we insisted that we couldn't even step on the floor. The next day we requested for someone to mop our room after what happened the night before.
On Wednesday everything was full of dead ants that stayed there until Monday when we asked if the daily cleaning included sweeping and mopping, and they told us it did. In our room, it was only mopped on Wednesday morning after we requested it, the ants have been there throughout our stay. Also, on Sunday we had to report that we had ants again all over the wall and they had to spray again. Also, to add that we killed two cockroaches inside the room. Add to that the flooded bathroom since it was impossible to shower without wetting half of the bathroom and that water, we either cleaned it ourselves or no one did. The bathroom ceiling was very dirty... The pillows with the covers inside out and even torn, with the filling coming out.
La limpieza. La verdad que la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Llegamos un martes por la tarde y estaba la habitación llena de hormigas, lo limpiamos un poco nosotros y nos fuimos a la piscina por la calor. Antes de ir a cenar avisamos de que estaba la habitación (zona de comedor y lavabo) lleno de hormigas otra vez. Se prensentaron a rociar con un spray sobre las 21:30 y dejaron el suelo empapado del spray diciendo que vendría alguien de limpieza a hacer la segunda parte que incluía fregar todo ya que estaba empapado. Eran las 22:30 y nadie apareció, intentamos usar el teléfono de la habitación pero no funcionaba así que con nuestro teléfono llamamos a recepción del hotel y quien nos atendió nos dijo que habían plegado a las 22h y que nadie vendría a limpiar el suelo hasta mañana, finalmente vino el chico de recepción con unas toallas a secar un poco el suelo ya que insistimos que no podíamos ni pisar el suelo. Al día siguiente solicitamos que alguien nos fregara la habitación tras lo ocurrido la noche anterior.
El miércoles estaba todo lleno de hormigas muertas que se quedaron ahí hasta el lunes en el que nos informamos si la limpieza diaria incluía barrer y fregar y nos dijeron que si. En nuestra habitación solo se fregó el miércoles por la mañana tras solicitarlo nosotros, las hormigas han estado ahí durante toda nuestra estancia. Además el domingo tuvimos que avisar que teníamos otra vez hormigas por toda la pared y tuvieron que volver a rociar con el spray. También añadir que matamos a dos cucarachas dentro de la habitación. A eso súmale el baño empapado ya que era imposible ducharse sin mojar medio baño y ese agua o la limpiábamos nosotros o nadie lo hacía. El techo del baño estaba de lo más sucio…. Las almohadas con las fundas al revés e incluso rotas que se les salía el relleno.
