Aquest hotel urbà is situat to the Nove Mesto, a deu minuts walking of the National Museum and the Wenceslas Square. L'estació de metro més propera, IP Pavlova (line C), is in els voltants de l'hotel. Aquest hotel, built in 1961 and renovated in 2000, with 5 floors and a total of 181 rooms. Part of the instal·lacions is the bar, the air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and the parking lot (sota càrrec addicional). The moderns rooms disposen de bany enrajolat, direct line telephone and TV per satèl·lit or per cable. Totes are equipades amb aparell d'aire condicionat.
