The hotel occupies a traditional Venetian building from the 17th century and has been recently renovated. The air-conditioned establishment consists of 7 rooms, lobby, elevator and wi-fi (for an additional fee). The hotel is a small building that offers 7 suites; all suites have been renovated and furnished in the old Venetian style. They all have individually regulated air conditioning and heating, a safe, a direct dial telephone, a TV, a minibar / fridge, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. In addition, they are equipped with cutlery, plates, cups and glasses to prepare breakfast in the room. All suites have a private bathroom with shower and bathtub and most have a nice living room with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people.
