DIFFICULT PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A BAD MEMORIES OF VENICE BECAUSE OF IT!! I promise you, it's worth paying a little more. They treated us terribly and when we entered the hotel we saw a couple complaining and making comments. When we check in they tell us that the heat does not work, with the room being as cold as if we were on the street. And at 10 pm they tell us that they have to send us to another hotel (when we already had all our clothes taken out because they were supposedly going to fix it) while it was raining heavily and to top it off they took us to an inferior two-star hotel. WHEN IT WAS NOT WHAT WE HAD HIRED!!

Os lo prometo, merece la pena pagar un pelin mas. Nos trataron fatal ya cuando entramos en el hotel vimos a una pareja quejandose y haciendo comentarios. Cuando hacemos el chek in nos dicen que no funciona el calor, con un frio que hacia en la habitacion igual que si estuvieramos en la calle. Y a las 22 de la noche nos dicen que nos tienen que mandar a otro hotel (cuando teniamos ya toda la ropa sacada porque supuestamente lo iban a arreglar) lloviendo a mares y para COLMO nos llevan a un hotel inferior de dos estrellas. CUANDO NO ERA LO QUE HABIAMOS CONTRATADO!!
