The receptionist was very friendly but we complained on the first day about the bathroom extractor and sink plug that were broken and we left without solving it.
La recepcionista muy amable pero nos quejamos el primer día de el extractor del baño y tapon del lavabo que estaban rotos y nos vinimos sin solucionarse.
The hotel does not deserve the three stars even in its dreams, the entrance is through a large gate to a patio where the "hotel" is located, the floor has raised cobblestones, the room has dirty walls, the bed has very bad mattresses, you can see the springs in your back, caked pillows, bathroom with bad smells, views of a patio of lights, breakfast with little variety and bad fruit, very expensive for what we have found, it is not a hotel, it is a bad pension.
El hotel no merece las tres estrellas ni en sueños ,la entrada se hace a través de un portón grande a un patio donde se encuentra el "hotel"el suelo levantado los adoquines, habitación paredes sucias,cama colchones muy malos se notan los muelles en tu espalda ,almohadas apelmazadas,baño con malos olores ,las vistas a un patio de luces,,desayuno con poca variedad y fruta mala,muy caro para lo que nos hemos encontrado ,no es un hotel es una mala pension.

The staff is really welcoming and proactive and the rooms are really good.
They don't let you know about the 8 euro fee for the Comune of Rome. It would be nicer if they let the traveler know beforehand.
