We went in December and the temperature in the room was extremely hot.. We asked them to turn it down, but still, it was uncomfortable to sleep there. We paid 200€ a night which is a lot, I guess you pay this for the location because the hotel itself is not worth that money.

There was a problem with the plumbing, and they had to delay our check-in until 8 pm, when the 5 pm check-in time is already quite late. The soap dispenser was lying in the bathtub, completely full of water; they didn't even bother to refill it the second day. When we returned from skiing, we found our room door unlocked (we assume the cleaner forgot to lock it), even though we had some valuables inside. The car park lot wasn't salted or cleaned. It was like an ice rink, but luckily we couldn't find a car park spot that night, so we left our car outside. In short: for €192 a night, I think you should expect a bit more.
Había una avería en las tuberías y tuvieron que retrasarnos la entrada hasta las 8 de la tarde, cuando ya el check-in a las 17:00 es bastante tarde de por si.
El bote de jabón estaba tirado en la bañera y completamente lleno de agua, el segundo día ni se molestaron en rellenarlo.
Cuando volvimos de esquiar nos encontramos la puerta de la habitación sin cerrar con llave (suponemos que sería la limpiadora que se le olvidó cerrarlo) teniendo cosas de bastante valor dentro.
En el aparcamiento no echaron sal ni lo limpiaron. Parecía una pista de hielo, aunque por suerte no tuvimos sitio para aparcar esa noche y lo dejamos fuera.
En resumen: por 192€ la noche creo que hay que exigir un poco más.

From Cerler we only go to this hotel because of the wonderful people who work there.

The hotel needs renovation; everything is quite old and run-down. The family rooms are very small, and the bathroom has no shelves or storage space. There's no elevator to the rooms on level -1, making it difficult to get luggage and a stroller down. The heating is off from 10 am to 5 pm, so it's quite cold if you stay in the hotel.

We've stayed at this hotel several times for a few reasons: 1) its proximity to the slopes; 2) the restaurant always prepares delicious vegan dishes for me—the chef is an amazing cook; and 3) the staff—they're all fantastic, especially the receptionist from Seville.
Hemos repetido varias veces en este hotel por varias cosas: 1o cercanía a pistas 2o en el restaurante siempre me preparan cosas súper ricas veganas, la cocinera cocina increíble. Y 3o el personal, son todos de 20, sobretodo la recepcionista Sevillana.
The beds aren't particularly comfortable, and we always bring our own cushions because they're quite uncomfortable. The heating is sometimes very strong and it gets too hot, but we probably can adjust it and just don't know it.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious food. Car Park is available, but it's best to arrive before the other guests. The rooms and bathrooms were fine. Hair dryers had to be requested at reception.

Although it says it has free indoor car park, it doesn't; it's an outdoor public space that can't accommodate all the hotel's cars. There are no hairdryers in the rooms; you have to request one at reception. The food is very basic. There's no thermostat, so the heating can't be properly regulated. The service is friendly but unprofessional (for example, they don't instructor who is in the rooms, and then they try to enter to clean while you're still inside). The bar is unattended.
