With Amimir I tried to add an extra bed and it took them a long time to answer me, then one agent after another called me without any of them knowing what I had agreed with the previous one, finally they showed up looking for a deal on their part demanding that I pay for the amendment I asked for even though I didn't want it, and under threat of cancelling my booking that had already been paid for, all this 2 days before I left on my holiday.
Con Amimir intenté añadie una cama extra y tardaron mucho en contestarme, luego me llamaban uno y otro agente sin saber ninguno lo que había acordado con el anterior , finalmente aparece buscounchollo de parte de ellos exigiéndo que pagase la modificación que pregunté aunque no la quisiera, y bajo amenaza de anular me mi reserva que ya estaba pagada, todo esto a 2 días de irme de viaje

Hotel in a very good location, close to Termini station and perfect for walking to places of interest or by bus. With air conditioning in the room and main areas. Spectacular terrace, nice and pleasant for dining. Good views. There is a bit of everything, some lovely people and others not so much. Just like everywhere.
Hotel muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de Termini y perfecto para ir a pie a los sitios de interés o en bus.
Con aire acondicionado en habitación y zonas comunes. Terraza espectacular en cuanto a bonita y agradable para cenar. Buenas vistas. Personal hay de todo, gente encantadora y otra no tanto. Cómo en todas partes.
The breakfast was monotonous, of poor quality and with very little variety.
El desayuno monótono, de poca calidad y muy poco variado.

Roof Top no view of Rome , hidden by foliage grills extremely disappointing, it was one of the reasons for my choice on this hotel.
I won't be going back for this reason, very nice photos that don't correspond to reality, too bad.
Independently of the hotel, the tourist tax is very excessive, 45 euros for an adult and two children for 2 nights.
Roof Top aucune vue sur Rome , caché par des grillages de feuillage extrêmement décevant,c était une des raisons de mon choix sur cet hôtel.
Je n y retournerai pas pour ce motif,très belles photos qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité , dommage .
Indépendamment de l hôtel,la taxe de séjour est très excessive,45 euros pour un adulte et deux enfants pour 2 nuits.

We had to leave earlier than planned due to the death of a family member and return to Madrid and the hotel did not give us any option to save us the days to go on another occasion or anything, they were very tactless.

Service from the 10 staff, including the use of the minibar with two bottles of water, Pepsi, chips, as well as tea and coffee in the room.
Servicio del personal de 10, incluyen el uso del minibar con dos botellas de agua, Pepsi, patatas, así como te y café en la habitación.
Some noise in the area in the rooms facing the street, but it didn't bother me because of the schedules.

The staff has been very friendly at all times, I booked an event for my daughter's birthday, with a birthday cake and a bouquet of flowers and a note upon arrival in the room, perfect. The terrace, beautiful, breakfasts on the terrace with those views, is priceless. Very good food at ristorante L'uliveto.
El personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento, contraté un evento para el cumpleaños de mi hija , con tarta de cumple y ramo de flores y una nota al llegar a la habitación, perfecto.
La terraza , preciosa, desayunos en la terraza con esas vistas, no tiene precio.
Comida muy buena en ristorante L’ uliveto.
