Exhausting 20 min walk downhill, and about 30 min walk uphill in snow weather to the ski resort. Would've liked to know in advance but it's manageable.
For the price I would have expected a 24/7 reception.

We asked for another apartment and the staff told us there were not available BUT I could do a new booking and get a different apartment. Photos not the same.

We stayed in apartment -1 3. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge &freezer, dishwasher (this is great!) with almost new appliances. Kitchenware and tableware enough for cooking and serving 2 or 3 people. A small amount of washing up liquid and 3 dishwasher tablets were provided by the accomodation.
Bathroom has a large bathtub and it is well maintained. A good number of towels large and small were available.
The bedroom has double bed and 3 large wardrobes to store clothes.
We asked for a travel cot for the baby that was in the apartment when we arrived.
Sofa in the living room is comfortable; however, it is supposed to be a sofa bed but it couldn't be fully opened. This may be a problem if more than 2 people stay at the apartment. A table with 4 chairs are also available in the living room.
From the Juliette balcony we could see the river, we found relaxing the water flow sound but some people may find it too loud.
In summary, it is not perfect but quite good value for money.
The TV is a bit small but it does the job and the TV stand is an old desk. The sofa bed couldn't be fully opened but that wasn't an issue for us as we didn't need it. The clothes airer was falling apart as well as the mechanism to open and close the blinds. Some maintenance is needed in some of the walls and ceiling but all in all it is not too bad.
The parking space is a bit tricky if there are more cars around and you have a SUV or larger type of car, with a bit of practice and a good number of maneuvers it is not impossible to park

The price and the apartments were overall very good quality and well equipped
We had an issue with one of the boilers at 2330 one night where it was leaking and we and we had no heating or hot water. We notified the reception but they would not send anyone out so we had to fix it ourselves.

A bit far from the slopes although a transportation service is included.

The room was great, very clean and well equipped.
Like the other reviews say, the reception very difficult to find as its not in the same place as the apartments. It in down right by the access to the slope. I suggest to management to add this to the booking confirmation very clearly.

Spectacular setting in a valley with a brisk mountain stream
Beautiful when it snows
Parking garage is a nightmare to navigate - almost impossible to maneuver vehicles into and out of parking bays. If you have a rental - make sure you take the full insurance cover - you will be needing it.
At the top of a steep hill that will be inaccessible without show tyres and/or chains if it snows. Come prepared.
WiFi is unacceptably slow - forget about trying to screen a movie without a prior download.

Spacious apartment, easy access from the underground car park. There is a washer/dryer.

The apartment was in terrible condition. The sofa bed was broken, the mattress was dirty and very worn, and the pillows were very poor quality. I couldn't sleep at all during the three days I was there. The hot water would suddenly disappear, and the room was freezing. I even called to see what was wrong, and they told me I had to turn up the temperature. I pressed the remote, but it never worked. The radiators were frozen, and I was with a child—imagine that! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. FIRST, THEY NEED TO REPLACE THE MATTRESSES, CLEAN THE SHEETS, AND PROVIDE PROPER PILLOWS FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE BEFORE RENTING IT OUT.
