The hotel staff is the most positive along with the location.
El personal del hotel es lo más positivo junto con la localización.
They accommodated us in a room that should not be offered to any customer and that, of course, did not correspond to the photos that Amimir offered on the web at the time of making the booking, with hardly any light, with a rusty shower, the pillows (for say something) were pieces of foam rubber and the room door did not close. The next day they changed our room after complaining and the room was already in accordance with the booking made but the pillows were the same and the room smelled very musty, the walls and doors were made of paper, you could hear absolutely everything from the other end of the corridor so the rest has been quite complicated.
Nos acomodaron en una habitación que no deberían ofrecerla a ningún cliente y que por supuesto, no se correspondían con las fotos que Amimir ofrecía en la web a la hora de hacer la reserva, sin apenas luz, con la ducha oxidada, las almohadas (por decir algo) eran trozos de goma espuma y la puerta de la habitación no cerraba. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación tras quejarnos y la habitación ya era acorde a la reserva hecha pero las almohadas eran iguales y la habitación olía mucho a humedad las paredes y las puertas eran de papel, se escuchaba absolutamente todo desde la otra punta del pasillo por lo que el descanso ha sido bastante complicado.
