N/A Carolina Travelled with couple Booked on Amimir.com September 2023 I didn't even try the hotel. When I arrive I verify that I have a shared room and it did not conform at all to what was contracted. The problem and the disastrous attention is NOT the hotel's. IT'S FROM AMIMIR. Awful. Completely misleading advertising. The hostel did everything possible to accommodate me somewhere else and THANKS to them I changed. They managed everything for me, obviously PAYING the difference that THE AMIMIR COMPANY HAS NOT TAKEN OVER. ONE AND NO MORE

El hotel ni lo probé. Al llegar compruebo que tengo habitación compartida y no se ajustaba en nada a lo contratado. El problema y la nefasta atención NO es del hotel. ES De AMIMIR. Horrible. Publicidad Engañosa completamente. El hostel hizo lo posible para alojarme en otro lugar y GRACIAS a ellos me cambié. Me lo gestionaron todo, obviamente ABONANDO la diferencia que NO SE HA HECHO CARGO LA EMPRESA AMIMIR. UNA Y NO MÁS

I insist the FAULT belongs to AMIMIR. And mine for trusting this company. I have already made the subsequent complaint and of course they give me a damn. Even the hotel receptionists agreed with me that the booking confirmation was very ambiguous and misleading. I hired a private room and that's how it was described in the booking but then oh no. You hired a private bed. UNHEARD. IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME AND I TRAVEL A LOT. SCORES AMIMIR

Insisto la CULPA es de AMIMIR. Y mía por fiarme de esta empresa. Ya he realizado la consiguiente queja y por supuesto que me den. Hasta los recepcionistas del hotel estaban de acuerdo conmigo en que la confirmación de la reserva era muy ambigua y engañosa. Yo contraté una habitación privada y así se describía en la reserva pero después ah no. Usted contrato una cama privada. INAUDITO. NO ME HA OCURRIDO JAMÁS Y VIAJO BASTANTE. SINVERGÜENZAS AMIMIR
